Kushal completed his schooling at The Scindia School, Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh. He obtained his graduation degree from ‘Hans Raj College’. Kushal has been very good at sports during his school days. In 2016, Kushal Tandon was seen in a Sony TV serial. The name of this serial was ‘Beyhadh’ and the name of Kushal’s character was ‘Arjun Sharma’. This serial became very popular within two to four days of its launch. People liked the characters of these three in this serial.

In 2018, he got a chance to work in the web series ‘Hum’ by Ekta Kapoor. The full name of this series was ‘Hum – I’m Because of Us.
