Dahaad Web Series Release Date

Prime Video today announced the launch of its crime drama original series, Dahad. After becoming the first Indian series to premiere at The Berlin International Film Festival earlier this year, Dahad will now premiere on Prime Video on May 12, 2023. The series is created by Reema Kagti and Zoya Akhtar, and produced by Excel Media & Entertainment and Tiger.

This web series stars Sonakshi Sinha, Vijay Verma, Gulshan Devaiah, and Sohum Shah in lead roles. Dahad is jointly directed by Reema Kagti and Ruchika Oberoi. In this web series, Sonakshi Sinha will be seen in the role of a police officer who tries to solve a gruesome murder case along with a criminal.

Dahaad Web series Storyline

The story of the series will be based in a small town in Rajasthan, where the bodies of many women are found in public toilets. Then the responsibility of solving this case is given to Sonakshi Sinha. At first, the deaths appear to be suicides, but as cases unfold, Anjali (Sonakshi) begins to suspect that it is the work of a serial killer who is roaming free. After this begins a game of cat and mouse between the police and the criminal.
